Subscriber lorijane Posted November 14, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted November 14, 2017 I feel bad for those who had issues, but getting a GA for Nashville was easy peasy. And I didn't have to do captchas! Yay!
Subscriber jacrobat Posted November 14, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted November 14, 2017 Samesies for me, 2 GA's for Nashville in under 2 minutes. Such a stark contrast to the agony of grinding it out during prior presales. My only constructive feedback is to provide more clarity surrounding the Ticketmaster link as it relates to hitting it via web browser or mobile app. I found the TM app to be useless in this instance while the web browser path was lights out fast and easy. This is the opposite of my prior experiences with U2 presales. Maybe this is by design... if we are kept guessing perhaps so are the scalpers. My heart goes out to the other Experience fans that had or are continuing to have struggles. Look out Nashville, here we come!!
Subscriber BarretoA Posted November 14, 2017 Subscriber Share Posted November 14, 2017 Same here - everything went quite smoothly. Purchased 2 GA's for Nashville using on the "Best Available" option. Only wrinkle, if you want to call it that, is that even though I was purchasing on my phone, the link on U2.com sent me to the desktop version of the Ticketmaster site instead of the mobile one. That said, it is pretty crazy that some long time subscribers did not get a code this time out. Makes no sense.
