I had a very expensive call to the US based support 2 hours ago and they said it would be fixed in 10 to 20 minutes. I also missed out on the Joshua Tree tour because they had an email problem. OK sorry, but I think there wasn't such a "personal" informations that I don't care about... OK sorry, anyway the link only point to this: http://www.u2.com/resetpassword/ and if you provide an email that doesn't match you user name it doesn't work. Anyway what do you think I can do?
