If , if thee Management read these forums,i  would like to say  as  a long term member, that i  am very disappointed that you guys  hanged the rule of  splitting our codes.  it is  only in recent tours Europeans have been able to split coses   for different  gigs, this  change is most unfair.  They  should not have  done  this  change  :(

I agree. Particularly as it was a change made after your subscription money was taken. Paying a subscription is a contractual arrangement. So rule changes when asking people to resubscribe ahead of the presale is a little cunning.

I'm with you, Cazza!  But not only is it "a little cunning", I think, it's not necessarily 100% legal, beause of the late change. I'm not a lawyer or something like that, it's just all day live when it comes to contracts of any kind. I've said that before........:( no one cares about .......not nice....

Totally. In most countries, when you pay a fee for a product or service, you do so in agreement with any contractual terms. When one party decides to change the contractual terms, after receiving payment, this is an breach of contract as the terms of the contract are no longer being fulifilled. No longer are you getting what you paid to receive.

However, it depends on whether the contract you signed up to made it clear that rules around presales are not fixed etc and change etc and you bear that risk.

Disappointing to read so many have been burned by these presales. It has all been handled very poorly. If Paul McGuinness was still on the payroll he would have ensured another letter from Larry. And a compenent process.

Just hope those who have suffered grave disappointment pick up some tockets for the extra shows announced. Fingers crossed for you all. ?

interesting... I could be wrong, as I said in other thread i do think it has at least a small bearing, but maybe not full explanation then...

coming from a  European perspective, where we had different rules, it was , i think on the Ie tour2015  tour  where we   were allowed  to buy tix  in separate  transactions, in several diff countries so  dam   cool.
to  then   to turn around this  policy   at the  eleventh hour  was  sooooo  dam annoying.
