Subscriber u2search 1 Posted February 2, 2018 Subscriber Share Posted February 2, 2018 Hi, I bought tickets for Belfast via the 'album presale' page. The order is visible in my TM account, but the tickets don't show and I can't print them. All lnks seem to go to the receipt and none to the tickets. Is this normal or should I contact customer service? Tnx.
Subscriber MadMax1906 0 Posted February 2, 2018 Subscriber Share Posted February 2, 2018 Hi There, My understanding is that the General Standing Tickets are all paperless, and when you turn up at the venue you present the card you paid with, along with ID and all your party must enter at the same time.... I have 2 Standing but looking for a third... as the usual fiasco with general sales.. Cheers
Subscriber u2search 1 Posted February 2, 2018 Author Subscriber Share Posted February 2, 2018 Thanks MadMax, but I have seated tickets. The email has links to "Go Mobile" and "Print-at-Home (Ticketfast®)" but the print link only shows the order, not the tickets. The text on the order page is "Just click the link that we will email to you to get your tickets right away and print them out yourself." That sounds like I should already have this email? Or will we get another email? DOes anyone have experience with tickets in Belfast (via ticketmaster.ie)?

Subscriber Franckie 2 Posted February 5, 2018 Subscriber Share Posted February 5, 2018 No e-tickets/paper tickets for GA? What happens if tomorrow I buy the tickets using my dad's card? Do I need to take it with me to the venue?

If you buy GA tickets you need to present the card that was used to buy them when you enter the venue.
