I placed an order on October 30th and haven't received anything yet. Tried the customer support service two months ago and got no response.

Sorry to be late for my update. 

After almost 3 months I got everything. 

It took me a lot of patience, emails webforms and live chats. 

Never used phone calls just because I wanted to have written proof of what they were saying. 

Thanks God I chose the shipping with tracking number. 

The main trick at least for me I think it was to find out they have a live chat which I understand can not be the best option for people living on the other side of the planet.

Certainly the moment we're living in now it's not of great help for shipping but it looks like bsimerch.com (formerly known or aka backstreet merchandise) has a long story of poor customer service.

I ordered a T-shirt. The amount was charged to my credit card soon after that but no merch arrived. After several weeks I used the contact function to ask about the status. The answer was that the shipment would still take time because the merch would arrive late from the US. I  was finally able to cancle the order and it took several more weeks until the money was refunded to my credit card. The amount is not the same due to the change of exchange rate from Euro to British Pounds and of course the fee was charged twice. Anyway: this is definitely the last time I ordered something from there.

I don't really understand why a band that is located within the EU has a merch shop in the UK. Sorry, but this seems to make things a lot more complicated.

I ordered the tour program the day it was available and haven't heard A SINGLE WORD since. My card was charged immediately... This is very disappointing, as it should not have been charged until it was shipped. 

I feel robbed by this. I've also sent 4 emails and haven't received any response from doing so.

 

Very sad and disappointing.

I ordered on 10/30.  I have sent many requests for an update that have gone without a response.  I was charged on the 10/30.  I'm being asked to re sub now.  This has to be some cruel joke.  I'm in Canada for reference and ordered many items.   Order U2T#6915
