Still haven’t got mine yet (even though I was sent a shipping notification in August!). My work colleague got the same notification but unlike me he actually got his gift two weeks later. Should I be worried??

Please contact the Customer Support Team - fill the CONTACT US form on the right side of the HELP page (www.u2.com/help). Please explain as detailes as possible the issue (dates, subscription # from the email you received, etc).

Please let us know any answer you get from them (either here or via PM).

You should use the Contact Us form here: https://www.u2.com/help and see if they can help you locate it.
