Subscriber LadyHathor Posted February 11 Subscriber Share Posted February 11 Ooh, I really hope I can get tickets for this. I live in Phoenix, so I could just drive up there, wouldn't need to pay for a plane ticket. I gotta see if I can convince any of my friends to come with me. It should be possible to find some hotel room that would be affordable, even if just for one night. May need to split hotel costs, though, depending on how expensive the tickets will be. I really hope subscribers will be able to access tickets either early or cheaper in price, though I'm afraid that won't happen.

This is the way it’s always worked for previous tours and for the book tour as well.

Subscriber daviddevaul Posted February 11 Subscriber Share Posted February 11 It’s past time to reward the long-standing members, like the Pearl Jam and Dave Matthews fanclubs do. [360 had three tiers of presale access, no idea why it was ever dropped.] 2 2
Subscriber lookedgeabeachball Posted February 11 Subscriber Share Posted February 11 So exciting... I'm really surprised that they posted before the Superbowl... do we think there will be anything more posted between now and then? So many questions... with or without Larry? A full world tour or just Vegas for now? Ticket prices? A SOS show, Achtung Baby, or a mix of everything? Can't wait to find out!

I am very leery of Ticketmaster given what's happened with past U2 sales and what we've seen from them with other artists.

Best case scenario, it’s run like the recent subscriber access to the Bono Beacon shows where you set your preferred show(s) and price point and the system works to fulfill requests based on those prioritizations. And you only get up a single show, up to two tickets. A more granular fanclub seniority layer would reward those fans who have been consistently re-upping through tour-less years. TLDR: run it more like PJ’s Ten Club
