'COMPLETE' The 2023/2024 Gift for U2.com Subscribers

I tried in a few different browsers to go through the flow to get the Redeem button but nothing comes up. My address is correct in my account and my subscription is good through December 2024. Am I doing something wrong or can someone get my 2023 fan gift processed? Thanks team.

Several 12 hours passed without any response...................

Which is very very very very very frustrating and unfriendly!

If there would be another fanclub with exclusives, I would definitely end my subscription here!

Which topic did you choose from drop down menu on Help page?

Does it matter what topic is chosen in the drop down menu?

this is really appalling customer service from U2.com

I’ve suddenly had about 7 auto responses, to my various e-mails sent during January & February. But still no reply or resolution to my renewal and there not being a button ( at the time ) for 2024 / Vol 2 !

I don't recall. I thought it was the option about the subscription gift issues.

But it shouldn't matter? Any option is a request for help? I got the confirmation that someone would contact me within 12 hours?

I was unable to find submit for last years subscription gift. I needed to renew so I did that and was able to submit for the 2024 gift. I've sent a message to customer support to hopefully they will get back to me

It helps us track any follow up queries we make from here ( zootopia, which is not directly connected to U2.com Help teams, and each Help topic goes to different teams, so yes very relevant)

I just renewed again!   I think I've kept this going since the Propaganda days... I still have some old paperwork...
