My Order From U2 Shop Never Been Received!

Below is my communication with U2 Shops..... However there's no response yet since the last e-mail. Do I have to bring this case to International Court?

Yeah.................. but my experience lived in Europe was not interesting me........... Since Indonesia have more than 200 million population,I believe that the number of U2 fans bigger than that in Europe.

This sounds like a joke, on september 2010 I bought my subscription to u2.com only because i wanted to buy u2 360 tickets in mexico city before everybody else... now, with the subscription came an option of buying a CD U2 DUALS, and i checked the box.... i've totally forgot it, It never came until today, i received a tiny package and to my surprise opened it and hello finally arrived!!!!

 

I'm laughing because it wasn't urgent or anything but it really shows the poor logistics between UPS mail, mexican customs and mexican postal service...
