BBQ or not?

So on my travels around the city today, and on my quest to find as many U2 CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays and whatever else (my husband and mother are both thinking I'm going a little crazy, ok, a lot crazy), I came across this building.

So, who is this mystery Bono? Is there something they aren't telling us? All I'm going to say it is in an area of Denver, Colorado.
