  1. Hi Max. I re-subbed earlier this evening because my sub was going to expire at midnight. I prefer to re-sub a couple of days before the expiry date, but I did it as soon as I could. I received an email confirmation right after I re-subbed, but if it's not an inconvenience, can you please look & let me know if you see that my account is re-subbed? (It's about 11:30 pm where I am, but I seem to remember you usually being awake at this hour because of being in an earlier time zone.) If you're able to check this, it's much appreciated.

      You can see the status of your subscription on your profile  - please go to https://www.u2.com/profile and check the date on SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVE UNTIL...

      Any issue there (not the correct date or any other etc) please report it to customer support service on the HELP page (https://www.u2.com/help)

  2. I’m dying because I missed the red rocks concert from 83. I see soundboards of it for sale. But it seems sketchy with the process to buy. Are they legit? Legal to buy?

      The only legal way to get it would be the DVD release already available...

      Any recording (either video or audio) from the Virtual Road streams you may be able to find (being Slane, Red Rocks, Mexico City or Paris) are not legit and not legal to buy (also, not worth any amount of money you are asked for those). We don't know yet if these will be available in any form in the future, but if at one point these recordings (again, either audio or video) be sure you will be able to find the information here in U2.com, any official social media account from the band and in Zootopia. Please keep checking here periodically for any official news regarding the band and future releases...

  6. Missed the watch party, gutted, anyone wana fill me in? Kiddos wanted face their faces painted and play and mama bear here was very busy with them.

  7. Hello, can you please help me out?

    I received email my membership expires in 2 days, but my account info mentions it's still active until march 1, 2021.
    Can you confirm me that I can wait till end of February to renew?  

    I emailed U2.com but got automatic answer theres no email or phone support ...

      So far, everything appears to indicate that the accounts will be active until March of the next year, but we need to confirm it...   8. Hi, I just received email that my u2.com subscription will expire in 7days. But when I log in on my account, there's mentioned my subscription is active until march 1, 2021...?   But if i renew now; i will receive the Berlin Dvd, which I already have received as a gift for the 2020 subscription.   Do i have to renew in 7 days, or can i wait until march 1st?

  9. What happened to the Berlin E&I show streaming? There is no link anywhere that I can find. It is clearly supposed to be there as it says "Once we've aired the premiere, 'U2 eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE – LIVE IN BERLIN' will be available on demand for the duration of your annual subscription." There is no end date. 

    This was my entertainment while I work at my desk.

  10. I just logged in using my email - instead of Username as instructed.

    But now I can't log out - sign out.

    Anybody experience this problem ?

  11. Where do you stream the HD iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE Live in Berlin show? The subscriber reward description says you can watch it on demand in HD, but all I see is the trailer on the main site.

  18. Hi, sorry to bother you. But are there some accounts that won't be able to see this? I've done all things properly and still only get the trailer from the live stream link. It would be helpful to know if I should just give up for today. Thanks very much.

      if you have a 2020 subscription (check the FAQ on https://www.u2.com/help  for details on that) you should be able to watch it. If you still cant, delete cookies and cache, log off from U2.com, log in back and go directly to the stream page.
      Let us know if this works.

  21. I have no real idea how zootopia works so I normally avoid it like the plague. I came to look saw you were online and decided I would ask if you knew anything about a DVD of the Joshua tree anniversary tour being released. I am desperate for a proper copy. Maybe this has been discussed already. If you know anything could you please help. maybe I will see your answer maybe not. Technophobe, who me?

      At this moment there is no indication about any official release for a Joshua Tree 30 Anniversary tour DVD, Blu-ray and/or digital video...

      If/when there's some news about it, be sure it will be posted on the site, U2 official social media and here in Zootopia... I recommend you to periodically check the site and the board for any update about the band and any upcoming releases...

      If you have any question about how the board works, do not hesitate to contact us in the moderation team... is not the plague, honest =D ...

  22. My webmail is not working. "Connection to storage server failed" Cant access mail on iPhone, iPad or my MacBook pro. All was working yesterday. Any help greatly appreciated.

  23. Anyone experiencing long delays in credit card  processing for Seoul ? I got tickets over 2 hours ago I’m still stuck on page before giving card details,I’m thinking of giving up,any advice pls

      Are you using internet explorer on Windows? (alternatively, please use Edge or Firefox. It can be done in Chrome, but not recommended).

      Delete cookies and cache before trying again; or

      Use another computer, if possible; or

      Use another credit card, if possible.
