  1. cool.sounds good.i felt like that after the 2nd show in london.the set list and the band were amazing, the stage too, allamazing.out of the 3 shows ive seen on this tour.london was the best.looks like a great set list for the show you went to.
  2. bad is the best song u2 have ever done.it should be in the tour more, maybe even stay in the setlist, what with u.f coming out too on redux.maybe this is the time to have bad in as a permanent song.
  3. sol gutted i missed the pop tour, the album is amazing.with some great tracks on it,but watching the tour on dvd, really makes me regret not seeing that tour.itlooks amazing. er indoors doesnt help much neither does my best mate, when they often rub in the fact that they did go.i wish i saw that tour.
  4. this is the 3rd tour i have seen u2 on.the other 2 were vertigo, which was dissapointing and zoo tv which was amazing. but for me 360 tour has been the best show musically i have ever seen in my life.the stage, the band the sound have all been amazing. ive been 2 times now,3 if you count new york coming up.and wembley 2,was the very best night of my life. u2 were off the scale and that stage is something else.so imo this tour is the best show ever.roll on new york, where the 2 best live bands on the planet willbe on the same stage. muse used to be the b est band i have ever seen, until wembly 2.so muse and u2 on the same stage on the same night, will be something else. i wish i went to see u2 on the popmart tour, but i didnt,so for me 360 tour is amazing.
  5. worse track on the album.shouldve release fez.
  6. its gonna be a brilliant tour. paris and new york will be amazing. have a great tour,.everyone whos seeing them. please though put bad in the set list though.

I fell in love with Muse when I bought their Live in Wembley CD and DVD set. My favorites are Supermassive Black Hole, Knights of Cydonia, Hysteria and Time Is Running Out. I don't get to see them so I'll have to be content with watching the DVD. They just totally blow me away. Matt Bellamy is an amazing pianist and guitar player. His voice has a wide range too. He has far too much talent for one man. He never ceases to dazzle me. Whoever get to see his band is in for a SUPERMASSIVE treat!!!!! good post.agree with everything you said. im one of those lucky wankers that are seeing them in new york too.

Yeah.. we went a couple of years ago.. I was really peeved, tho.. the U2 tribute got the smallest crowd!! lol Are you looking forward to Chesney Hawkes?? lol chesney hawkes....no comment. there are some great tributes there this year. also the oasis tribute is having a 4 piece string section too .to end the festivalwith.so that should be good.

  18. those towers are 27 metres tall according to the stageco source.the actual height is supposed to be 50 metres tall according to the same source. does that look like 50 metres to you? all im concerned about is those in the top tier seats will be looking down onto the claw.and with a canopy over the claw.might not be able to see anything. im sure it will get taller.but that does not look 50 metres high.which they said it would.it might not be completed yet in terms of height.i do hope it getstaller.
  19. what i dont get is why are they saying the claw is 164ft hight.when it only looks half that size.im orried that the people on the higher tier seats ,wont beable to see anything ,because of the logistics of this stage. i know that they know what they are doing.but if they are saying that its 164ft tall, and there are pictures of the stage fully built(or it looks pretty muchbuilt)then there is no way, that it is 164ft tall. the stage looks amazing.but it doesnt look as tall as they said it would.
  20. 4 more shows have been cancelled right up to 21st may. thats not good.

  22. to be honest, ive not played the album in a while.its ok,but lacks that oomph that they have lacked the lsat 3 albums i think.htdaab was good.but atyclb andthis new one, were very meh!. but i seem to be more interested in listening to doves and muse a lot more at the moment. that said though u2 live will be off the scale.i just think the album isint really that great an album.
  23. actually it doesnt look that bad.ive been reading up on what he,s got. and it sounds like what ive had the last 3/4 days.stomach cramps/nausia/vomiting/the other.but im getting better after 4 days.so he should be fine too. it should last 5/6 days tops if youre quite fit and healthy.i expect dave is quite fit and healthy(regardless of his past). so hopefully he should be fine within a week.
  24. for those who are seeing depeche mode in the near future,ie london.this might concern you.(and me) 05.13.2009 Depeche Mode have been forced to cancel two shows on their 'Sounds of the Universe' tour, yesterday's show in Athens (May 12) and tomorrow's show in Istanbul (May 14), due to the illness of singer Dave Gahan. Dave fell ill with a severe bout of gastroenteritis shortly before he was due onstage in Athens which resulted in his immediate hospitalization. At this stage, Dave's primary concern is to return to full health and resume the tour as soon as possible. Fans in Athens and Istanbul have been advised to hold onto their tickets as an announcement will be made shortly with regard to rescheduled dates or cancellation. get well soon dave.
