I'm on a high protein and low-ish carb diet.
E.g this morning i had scrambled egg (3 eggs), probiotic drink, peach, some grapes and a whey protein shake.
For lunch im making chicken rolls. and through the day/evening at work i will pick at fruit and maybe have a salad.
Exercise - i combine getting the train and cycling to work so in total i do about 8 miles a day cycling. 3 days a week i do an intense 30 min cardio workout, 1 hour upper body workout, and a circuit of 100 bicep curls, 100 squats, 100 crunches and 100 second plank hold (broken down in to 40,30,20 and 10 reps/seconds
