  1. bchamberlin, I know you are blowing off steam. Believe me, I am livid as well. But I am fairly certain the mods are not sitting in ticketmaster HQ choosing email addresses to send codes to. (...if I am wrong bigwave, there are three whole crisp one dollar bills, and a McDonalds Gift Certificate in it for you if you can send me a code...wink wink, nudge nudge) Live to fight another day man.   3. I'm not sure "experiment" would be the correct term. (I won't type a more accurate metaphor out of respect for everyone on the site.) I am extremely disappointed in all of this. The greed. The lack of appreciation. And yes...I'll be back here again like a panting dog at the table.....like an idiot. But the scraps from the table are tasting more and more like feces every time we go through this.
  4. I was there at 3 Rivers with my college roommate and his future wife. They ended up with two sons....both of whom have been to U2 shows with their parents. Got out of the car and bought tickets from the first scalper we saw...and ended up with awesome seats. Poor college students....sneaking wine into the stadium because we couldn't afford stadium beer prices.
  5. I've been following these guys since I was in high school in the early 80's. I've gone through sporadic fits of posting and site obsession in the past, but lately, life's immediacy has seemed to get in the way of the obsession. Saturday at Raleigh was my 7th show, and although I know that doesn't put me in the echelon of many of you, I still try to get to at least one show each tour and like you guys, I have a huge emotional attachment to the music. After all, as I've grown into a man, U2 has been the soundtrack of my life. Every show ..every tour...has a different vibe. I haven't really
