Any news on the 2018 gift? I'm still waiting for the 2017 gift, ordered back in January. However, on my account page it says I have already redeemed my gift. It's all a bit confusing...

Something about ticketmaster 'platinum' stinks to be honest. I've just waited in the queue for Paris tickets (public on-sale this morning) only to be informed after an hour that there are no more seat available for either 8 or 9 September. However, there are plentiful 'platinum' seats available in all parts of hte arena, at vastly higher prices. So I guess Ticketmaster witholds a lot of tickets to sell at similar prices as touts. Platinum tickets offer no advantage over regular tickets. So in effect ticketmaster are no better than the touts that they and other ticketsellers regularly comp
