Hmmm... everyone may be cool with being offered tix - BUT after wasting as many hours as you have wasted. Combined, you are looking at hundreds fold of wasted time when we are the paying customers. Also, as mentioned elsewhere, I managed to get tickets elsewhere PRIOR to being offered tix via U2.com. Agree that you cant guarantee redzone, but the way that you palmed the issue off, then it got palmed back, etc. for what was a VERY long period needs to be addressed. Agree you worked your butts off, but to be honest the buck-passing was ridiculous - at first the blame was placed on the customer, then after your heads being beaten in a millions times you thought maybe, just maybe, you better do something about it.
