I have the same problem... IÂ´ve become a member last saturday (for the 1st time) but on the account info says that IÂ´m on the cedars group, that my subscription expires on 11/11, but mi code HAS BEEN USED !! how is this possible?! Also, on the "pre sale tour" page appears my code crossed by a line.... they never emailed me with the code number... IÂ´ve sent mails but not reply yet ... IÂ´m in trouble am I??? Someone who can help me??!!!! IÂ´m from Argentina and itÂ´s very difficult to comunicate me with the customers service!
