  4. Hey folks, I subscribed to U2.com again today (it's been over a year since I last subscribed). Anyways, my credit card got charged -- confirmed by looking at my bank statement -- but my account didn't get updated. It seems like the error happened because I put in my current address and not my billing address from where I lived when I first got my credit card. I called the helpline and they've put in an investigation. But I'm worried I'm not getting a pre-sale code before tomorrow morning unless it gets solved quickly. Has anybody else also been charged but not received a pre-sale code or had their account upgrade?
