  1. I'm far from new here. I first joined U2.com in the mid 1990s, then left around 2000 because I believed the band had sold out. After hearing a few songs from their last album, I fell in love with them all over again...I guess I never stopped loving them, but I'm ancient and still believe their best decade was the 1980s...before Bono "dreamed it up all over again". I'm a single/never-married, middle-aged, multiracial woman who's also a semi-invalid. I saw U2 perform at RFK Stadium here in DC on August 15, 1992 for the first--and perhaps the last--time (unless they plan to play at a venue in
  2. Oh, I love "Something"! Tonight, however, I'm going to bed with... "Moments In Love" by The Art of Noise.
  3. Hi there, LA! How have you been? I'm okay. Tonight, I have 3 Beatles songs on my mind as I go to bed... "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" and "Good Night".
  4. You know, if you become a paid subscriber here at U2.com, you can listen to as much U2 as you want... Great idea, but I'm lovesick on a tight budget...
  5. Happy birthday. Bono and Jordan!
  6. I'm afraid not. I'll just take what Grooveshark has to offer.
  7. I find that listening to music on YouTube drains my phone of precious data, so my sister introduced me to this Grooveshark thing. She used our desktop to download some of my favorites onto my phone. Alas, pain_18, G/S doesn't give me ALL of the music I'd like to hear...until I can one day rebuild my CD/album collection, I guess I'll try not to hang around Y/T as much as have been doing.
  8. Hmmm, I wonder about that too. What WOULD be a good phrase for anxiety? I'll give it some thought, then I'll get back to you. I listened to SOI on YouTube for the first time yesterday...it was groovy. No other rock group can move me like U2 can!
