Hi everybody. Well I forgot to post about the incredible thing that happened to me in Paris, on september 13th while U2 were touring in the city of lights. I've written a book (in french) about U2 fans. 70 of them from 18 countries around the world (you may be part of them !) told me about their passion for the band, how they discovered U2 music, what they feel when they listen to it, how far they went for the band, what relationship they have with it and what they like and what they dislike. I decided yesterday to book an expensive flight to Berlin from Dublin and I rushed from Berlin Airport to Arena to meet a fan to purchase a ticket for Tonight's show, I got in just in time before U2 came on stage , I'm a life long fan and seen every tour since The unforgettable fire tour and although I spent all my money getting here to Berlin my heart broke for Bono tonight , after all the U2 gigs I've seen in my life I have never heard Bono out of tune , Bono it must be heart breaking for you tonight , Please take time and rest your voice until it's better again and we will wait patiently

Why have we had no apology from anyone about this shambles of pre sale codes, subscription gift for 2017 limited tour dates, ridiculous ticket prices, Experience fans not receiving pre sale codes, no shows in certain Countries i.e. Scotland again. Who thinks its acceptable to treat fans this way? I expected better from U2 as they always seemed to stay away from Sponsored Tours but it seems fans have become secondary to profit. from some of the comments on this site quite a few seasoned members will not be renewing their subscriptions anymore. Anyone from U2 listening?????

Well its now the 12th Dec and I still have not relieved me deluxe album i ordered on the 1st Nov. Despite contacting customers care and advising that i have no tracking number no one has contacted me . Can someone advise if they are having similar delays
