Hello all. I have a Red Zone ticket for July 11 that I, unfortunately, cannot use (I live in Colorado and can't get to Boston that day). I've been in touch with TicketMaster and they say that they will submit a request to the tour for an alternate pick-up name, and I will provide all documentation for this to work.
**UPDATE - 6/28** I submitted a request to TicketMaster to add an alternate pick-up name since I couldn't be there in person. TM forwarded it to the tour, and the tour denied the request. They did authorize TM to refund my money since I couldn't attend. Thought I'd throw tha
