So instead of a movie at the sphere we’re tbh nobody from Europe will attend unless they are in vegas for something else let’s have the movie in national cinemas across Europe also why not release a live album ?? Not sure what’s going on with u2 at the mo have you joined Simon Cowell’s team ????

I understand your frustration. I live in American and can't go to this.  However, I serously doubt U2 got together and decided to just have this film play in Las Vegas so everyone could fly in and spend money on hotels, blah blah.  I would think it's something contractual or they have better plans for us. I think we would do well to give this band the benefit of the doubt, some breathing room and have faith in what they are going to do next. I KNOW IT"S FRUSTRATING but these guys have never let us down. Why would they start now?

I believe that the visuals were designed specifically for the Sphere. Their wrap-around effect really wouldn't work on a flat screen. 

Edit: Now that I think of it, a VR release would be a great way to distribute the show worldwide. The catch is that you would need to own the VR headset and they're not cheap.
