U2shop customer service an utter joke

Hi folks

I’m eager to know if anyone else has similar issues regarding the farcical lack of customer care at the U2EU store.

I purchased a ‘ Limited Edition’ Beautiful Day t- shirt from the store last July. Needless to say, the money was debited from my account within minutes….I politely requested some information about the order 2 weeks ago - a full 6 weeks since the initial order.

My initial attempt to interact with a bot was a total waste of time. Since then I have tried to reply to the initial email as well as the official customer care address….all to no avail! Absolutely no reply has been forthcoming.

I am now considering asking my bank to get my money back! I have purchased several items from the official store in the past, by the way!

 

Has anyone who ordered a ‘limited edition’ t shirt in conjunction with the singles reissued received their item??
