u2 song of the day

Recommended Posts

So missed out on posting yesterday - 31 years after Live Aid.

So belatedly....my song of yesterday....erm, today!

"Bad"

My first hol without my parents aged 16, watching this live on the tele in a Blackpool (Eng) guesthouse, supping Tetley Bitter! Aah memories.

(rip my friend Greg, on that hol with us, sadly no longer with us. Gone too soon - happy times though. This one's for you.)

The radio station at work has a segment of "old school" hits from a particular year for nearly an hour. Today was 1997, which featured Daft Punk, Puff Daddy, and Aqua, but Discotheque wasn't included.

Out of protest, today's song is Discotheque.
