Have to Count - the new and improved one :P

44, 955 - Saturday counting while I listen to the F1 qualifying session. Also trying to finalise accommodation for the first part of our holiday - it's looking like it may be a case of turn up and wing it for the first couple of days

What concert are you seeing next?

...and I have to update my list! I enjoyed The Who show at MSG so much that I am now seeing them in Philadelphia tomorrow! 😎 The price of the tickets in the sections on the floor was greatly-reduced (so much so that the show I’m seeing tomorrow is less expensive than the ticket I got for the MSG show, despite being a much closer seat and in a stadium to boot). Thus, it was a deal I couldn’t pass up. One more Who show in Philly... 🎸

    The Mood Thread (Reboot)

I'm sorry that happens. I watch it take place all the time. I've never thought of women as anything but my equal. I"m still angry that Drake gets away with mocking other players during basketball games. I didn't like it before, and now he's doing it to my team. I'm ornery that someone from the New York Times wrote an opinion piece which supports Drake's behavior. If I behaved as he does-I'd get thrown out of the game. I'm tired of privileged people getting away with breaking rules. If my team loses, so be it. Nobody should be disrespected in the process. I'm also sad for, and worried about. all the people enduring the severe weather in my country. Utter devastation and record flooding is occurring. The people interviewed on TV look broken. There are more rounds of bad weather tonight. There were tornadoes on the ground while I watched the news. Most states in America's Heartland have very little crops planted because it's too wet.

    The Mood Thread (Reboot)

I'm currently feeling feisty because there's only so much man society driven double standards one can take. I tall ya I don't know if it's DNA from Ireland or Spain, but I've been punchy lately!!

Her most recent episode features none other than our own CEO, Gayle Smith, and actor Javier Munoz, who’s also a (RED) ambassador! Pod Save the World The Worst Humanitarian Crisis since WWII There’s tons of political podcasts out there, but few can break down big issues like Pod Save the World does. This foreign policy podcast makes global issues relatable and easy to understand. They also focus on how people can get involved. This episode dives deep into the current refugee crisis, how it happened, and how it affects us all. The guest, David Miliband, highlights how the circumstances for displacement are often man-made. But, there is a silver lining – everyone, particularly young people, can help solve this crisis.

    u2 song of the day

With or Without You. Possibly my favourite live version of this song (well, perhaps - apart from Belfast in 2015). Just makes you feel alive. Spent 3 nights in Paris a couple of weeks ago for my wife's 50th.....couldn't get this outta my head!😉❤️
