  1. Past hour
  2. That red back ground with them in front is iconic. It was fun to watch the mods help everyone-especially new and younger fans going to their first U2 show. It's cute and the cycle renews. Many thanks.
  3. They are awesome. If I were a rich man-I'd give them alarm clocks made of gold. I can't but they have my respect.
  4. You never know; Bono might shout us too
  5. Now that the pre-sales are (mostly) over, I thought it was high time to give a place to show our appreciation to our moderators. They volunteer their time to help us out, often at crazy times of the night. So to @Max Tsukino, @mich40& @bigwave a huge thanks for all your work helping us during the presales (when we were stressed !) We all owe you a drink when we see you šŸ˜Š See you on the road or here in zootopia during the tour soon
  6. yes, people from thailand, phili, indonesia, india all are targetting singapore cuz singapore is via-less entry for south east asians.. and less expensive than Japan.. as far as I know there are only 2 sri lankans attending the show apart from myself.
  7. I think there were more Asians/locals buying in the Wires presale. Expecting a lot of people from the region to come down for this show.
  8. Today
  9. I know.. but for sure 95% of americans and europians would have bought from pre-sales... not many asians would bother to go for pre-sales, even though I DID and a very few asians who are die hard fans would have done however, in the general sale im pretty sure 100% of them would be asians who will be purchasing..
  10. Wow, iā€™m surprised by how many people signed up for membership to get the tickets. Then again, i wonder how many tickets were reserved for the presales.
  11. My good thing is that I'm listening to U22 for another late evening. .
  12. If it is okay with you, illumination70, I shall pass your condolence on to my niece. She needs it. She knows I love the Zoo. It will have meaning coming from another U2 lover.
  13. Ok newest update on Singa ticket presale.. GA sold out and very few tickets available on SEATs as of 2 hours back... if all sells out tomorrow that mean we have a chance for a 2nd show right? do they really keep few tickets for general sale?
  14. Hi U2 We have a couple of song requests for the Nov 8 concert if it's at all possible could u please please play "I will follow" Every breaking wave...The little things that give you away That would be so so so awesome we are REALLY REALLY REALLY excited cant wait last concert was amazing!!
  15. Yesterday
  16. Thanks for the heads up! I managed to get my tickets!! šŸ¤©šŸ¤©šŸ¤©
  17. I'm so sorry for your loss because something similar happened to a Bichon Frise I would dog-sit for a couple years ago. ((HUGS))
  18. Thank goodness there was some responses because I was getting worried.
  19. Chris Squire-Starship Trooper-one of my favorite guitar solos in its time. I never liked Owner of A Lonely Heart but loved Yes otherwise. Have fun at Get The Led Out on Friday. I'm gonna listen to Zep III tonight. Thanks for the push. šŸ˜
  20. That's really good! Thank you for sharing that! Do you have a website for U2two, or do they have a FB page or equivalent? The whole point of this thread is to promote U2 tribute bands worldwide, so please share any info you have!
  21. The current lineup for Yes right now is: Steve Howe, Alan White (but he is still recovering from back surgery - so, an outstanding drummer by the name of Jay Schellen is doing most of the heavy lifting), Geoff Downes (keyboardist from Yes' album "Drama" and has been with them since 2011; also originally a member of The Buggles ("Video Killed The Radio Star", etc.)), Billy Sherwood on bass (he's been in the Yes camp and working closely with Chris Squire (R.I.P.) since the early 90s), and most recent vocalist, Jon Davison (he joined in 2014 - on this tour, he is singing the best I have ever heard him sing). Also, there are three other bands on this tour: Carl Palmer's "ELP Legacy" (obviously celebrating ELP), John Lodge of The Moody Blues playing the best of the Moodies live, the reconstructed version of Asia (which turned out to be MUCH better than I thought It would), and then Yes. I loved last Wednesday's show so much I am seeing them again. So, now my next shows are: "Get The Led Out", an excellent Zeppelin cover band, this Friday, AND Yes again next Thursday in Bethel, NY, at/near the site of the original Woodstock Festival and during its 50th anniversary year (too bad the planned tribute concert isn't happening). June is turning out to be nice! šŸ˜Ž
  22. Sam Kerr. Superstar. Four goals against Jamaica šŸ’Ŗ
  23. I want to like your posts, dmway, peterferris8 and docnickriviera. I ran out of reactions in the Singapore presale thread. Many new Zootopians are getting the tickets they want. It's impossible not to love it. I'll give you likes when I get more to grant. dmway: who is in Yes these days? (of original members and Trevor Rabin?) I need to watch screen time or I'd look. peterferris8: Slipknot-Corey seems to have an incredible voice. How someone can screech like he does and still have a beautiful voice is beyond me. Tool is coming to my city but I can't afford it. I'd love to see them. I'm glad you had such a good time. Docnick-You'd be getting a haha reaction for Mudd. I hope it dries up before you as you take each step. Corkvegan-how was Dave Matthews? x3driver-I'd really like to know how Andrea Bocelli was. Worth the money? I always want to go see him, however it's pricey. I think he's worth it. I'd like to go next time but wonder what it's like to see a classical tenor in a huge arena. I hope it was great. Dawes next week for me. I almost gave it up to visit my niece but the logistics are not possible so Ann Arbor it is for Dawes on June 26. Oh yes.
  24. 44991 It seems hooliganism starts in libraries these days
