My only question is throughout the video the owner calls the cat a "little Laura" and I wanted to know what that term means. In fact our animals have their own personalities when it comes to their adventures at the vet LOL. Fritz-snarls and growls Lucky-yelps, whines Huggy-Bear and Taffy Growls, whines and hiss Coco (The manipulator)- whines and gives the "I'm a nice kitty" look. I agree because most of my work gripes is dealing with rude customers,while a vet deals with getting bitten scratched, hissed and growled at.
