I received my Uber boxset yesterday from Amazon.ca (ordered on August 6th) and it arrived with damage on the inside corners of the bottom and top trays. Amazon is giving me $40 back since they don't have anymore stock. Does anyone else's version have damaged to the gold trays?

There is a corner which has been clearly dented. And the UPS box was almost open too. I checked and all the vinyl and discs that are there are ok but the gold trays corners are ripped from top to bottom on both left and right sides. Disappointing that Amazon does use foam corner protectors when shipping big boxsets like this.

Hard to believe that the inside could be more damaged than the outside! Wonder how that happens?! Amazon and UPS owe you a BIG discount! Call them and ask for it! Do you see your download code inside your Ãœber box?

Opened Ãœber, got the code! My gold tray corner on the left side, top tray is ripped from top to bottom too! The outside of the box is perfect. This looks more like a manufacturing, packaging defect than a shipping problem because it is on the inside of the box. The outside is pristine! Downloading now...

I noticed some of my friends Uber boxes are damaged in the same spot. Looks like whoever packed these things should have insert some material to prevent the trays from moving around inside the box. I got a decent discount. And the download code is there, no problem.

Seems to me like the gold tray is packed, stuffed inside the box so tightly that when it was packed by machine or human hand it gets ripped. They should fix this before they send out more ripped gold trays! The download is working perfectly!

Has anyone received this yet? I have this and the Uber with Litho ordered, think they have arrived at my gf's house in Germany, unfortunately I won't get my hands on them till next year - am overseas working for 6 months

Just called Amazon and got $40.00 off the Ãœber for the ripped tray corner! That brings the price of Ãœber down to $380.55. Not too bad! They wanted to send me another one but I don't want the hassle of the exchange. The next one could be ripped on the inside too! I let them slide on the extra $3.99 they charged me when they shipped my separate orders of SD and Vinyl together stacked on top of each other. If your box is ripped, call them, it never hurts to ask!

I ordered mine as well on Aug 9th and got the same answer. They shipped out all the ones that had priority shipping first. They upgraded me bit I am keeping my fingers crossed
