2071 - two hours bloody hell!

Luckily the last time I went I wasn't in for too long. Used to wait for at least an hour when I had to go to the dermatologist's.

2078 I have physio every week, it's a pain in the arse, literally lol!! It does help but feels relentless at times. Back from hospital (no bloody parking had to parallel park onto pavement, poor old car revving away!). More blummin' exercises to do. pfft

2080. Injury at work. Physio is really long term pain management to help me keep mobile and active so it helps a lot in that way, it's more a psychological thing I guess, when you have to keep going it reinforces the problem, if that makes sense, it's like you can't escape thinking about it and planning for it etc.
