I upgraded to a paid membership yesterday and got an order # but when i log in to u2.com it says I havent. Cant get through to anyone and Toronto pre-sale is in one hour. I didnt receive any emails either.

Anyone have suggestions? SO BUMMED :( :(

log out clear cookies, cache and log in again - which package did you choose? (If it was a gift subscription then that has to be redeemed before become a live subscription)

I also subscribed..and it timed out, so now I have 2 subscriptions and they are listed as gift subscriptions..what am I supposed to do? I am logging in and it shows as a free member

those gift subscription won;t be active until you activate them - a few people have bought these in error - were you given that as the only option? If so use the HELP page form to tell them you want a refund (2 refunds in fact), and then subscribe again, in the normal way (not a gift subscription)
