I too am in the Experience group and have not yet received my code. I'm extremely annoyed about this. I had a very expensive call to the US based support 2 hours ago and they said it would be fixed in 10 to 20 minutes. I also missed out on the Joshua Tree tour because they had an email problem.

but I think there wasn't such a "personal" informations that I don't care about... 

If people know my real name its not a problem

if people know when my subscription will end its not a problem

but anyway I accept this ;)

it had a link to change your password... so...

also, there wasn't any need to post it on the board...
