Store Problem

I have ordered an item in the UK store but cannot get into it when I’m logged in..I have tried multiple times.

This only started happening when they changed the store recently. I get some page saying Oops, something went wrong.

For some reason , the site no longer recognizes my email address.

I am still able to get into the main site when I use my Username.....any ideas???
