This is "Assan's Mill" a very important cultural monument from Bucharest. It was built in 1853. It had the most efficient steam engine in Europe..custom made especially for Mr Assan from Vienna.
However..it collpased last week beacuse it was practically deserted...because the people with money in our country only care about..well..money and darkness..selfishness..They are greedy, dirty, evil!!!
