Subscriptions are non-refundable. Even under these circumstances? It never entered my head that you guys would let this could happen. Now I feel ripped off and disrespected by the U2 family and business, and that feeling will now be connected to music I love and have loved since 1987 and before. The loss is much greater than the $50, please.... there must be something that can be done. We voiced fans strong opinion about this I can assure you. No indication yet of why things were set up this way, or how any possible future presales might work.

GA might be sold out i am trying to find out if thats the case. Note we are into day 3 of presales now and its first come first served, always has been... Hi bigwave, Can U2.com should secure another batch of GA tickets for the presale? I know this is possible, in principle, as I've seen this done before with fanclub presales elsewhere. I would check with Ticketmaster, and get it in writing that it would be ok. Belt & braces approach.

I would be careful not to purchase more than 4 presale tix with the same card - danger is they all would get cancelled down the line
