  1. Hey Sergio! I know what you are feeling... But it's not the moderatos fault! It's Live Nation! I had the same problem as you to buy my tickets for first Sao Paulo concert... I didn't recive my new presale code, because I'm here since 2009 and I used my presale code (I had two) to buy my tickets for Ireland. I renewed my subscription and I didn't recive my new presale code... And when they sent me one, it wasn't working!!! I spend all day, the GA was sold out and then, for my luck, they start to sell it again and I got my new presale code! As I'm Boots group, if you read the FAQ, you see that

  6. Can I tell you what I'm going to do? I contact the customer law here (brazil)... and they provide me a place to go to get my cause... I think they're playing at us, they actually don't have ANY RESPECT. We are having a lot of problems, and the funny thing is that USA, Australia, New Zeland wasn't like that... So... I think is personal, don't you? I paid 50 dollars just like the americans, australians, and you. and I deserve some respect. And I WANT respect. And you deserve too.
