  1. Thanks, I would appreciate it. I am from Canada so time zone is a consideration. I am just listening to the new release of Songs of Experience and wanted to comment on one of the tracks in this forum. Unfortunately, and again I couldn't figure out how to or where to post my comment.
  2. I work in the library and information science field. I find the zootopia page is not user-friendly and is not easy to navigate. I posted my comments earlier this evening and I cannot easily see them or find them. I understand that you are overwhelmed with the #U2eitour ticket sale fiasco and that is another reason this site needs to be reconfigured, as it is difficult to follow the threads of all those who have posted about this issue. Hoping once things have settled down with the sale of tickets for the #u2eitour then you can perhaps create a user guide for navigating your Zootopia site. Just a suggestion.
  3. I really hope that U2 are seeing the comments that are being posted on social media re the Presale for their upcoming #u2eitour. Please repost your comments on their official site U2.com. They need to know what we have eXPERIENCED.  We have supported them for many years. The energy at their concerts is created by the people who truly love U2 and have been following them and going to their concerts over time.  Bono always thanks us for the life we have given them, well Bono now is the time to take action and try help fix this for all your dedicated fans.  For most fans, it has always been about the music and concert experience.  Some of us have been there since the beginning and some of us have joined along the way. This ticket fiasco for #U2eitour needs to be made public. Bono, you always preach about people have the power, people need to have a voice especially when it comes to global and political issues. I see this ticket fiasco as a global, political and neoliberalism issue that needs to be addressed.  What does this look like for the people who benefit from the ONE campaign when we can't even get it right i.e. to support the people/fans who have been there since the beginning, at the grassroots level, and it must be noted that most of us are lucky to have "white privilege".  I would ask that U2.com take a survey of their subscribers to find out what everyone's experience has been in trying to get tickets for this tour.  Then analyze the data and move forward from there.  We all learn from our mistakes. What happens next with that knowledge going forward can have either a positive or negative impact.

  5. I hope U2 admin is getting to see fan comments on Social Media. There are many unhappy fans. Such a different reaction to announcements of previous tours. Everyone was so excited, started making plans for meetups, planning travelling etc. Now there is an undercurrent of dissatisfaction. We love our Boys and would give anything to see them, yet we are feeling manipulated by the big Corporations who seem to want to run the show not be in the show!!!

  7. When I tried to get Springsteen tickets for his new show in NYC using this new text method I was unsuccessful. It is a very stressful and frustrating process.
  8. Feeling stressed and frustrated about this whole ticket presale/text/sign-up/register here/re-subscribe/bend-over-backwards to get tickets to my favourite band. Never used to be like this back in the day!!! Seriously thinking of giving this tour a miss. So sad
  9. Very sad news indeed. RIP Dennis Sheehan. Heartfelt thoughts and prayers to his family, Friends and especially to Bono, Edge, Larry and Adam. They will sorely miss him. He was with them a long time. ox
