  1. Finally received my code 1.5 hours after presale started so left with fairly disappointing seats....
  2. I too am in the Experience group and have not yet received my code. I'm extremely annoyed about this. I had a very expensive call to the US based support 2 hours ago and they said it would be fixed in 10 to 20 minutes. I also missed out on the Joshua Tree tour because they had an email problem.
  3. Another presale, another fiasco. Experience member and still haven't received my code, despite a very expensive call to support centre an hour ago.
