does anyone actually pick up the phone @ u2 customer service ?

evidently they used an old list and sent my gift to the wrong address dispite u2 being the first address update i did. need to contact a human ! haaha

who else is concerned about safety in NOLA? Everyday some tourist is viciously attacked hope it gets better by September.
