Just re- tried U2.com > TOUR > RED PRE-SALE BUTTON FOR "innocence" >AXS "pre-sales" portal ..
Mon 26 Oct 2015 ... shows 6 of 9 ticket types available for sale (been like this since 10.00am this morning)
Chose "Best Ticket Any price Level" for 2 people ... clicked on "FIND TICKETS" ( NB. no field to enter unique access code) ... "NO Result found. We could not find any tickets based on your selection. You can try again by changing your event selection, the price level or no. of tickets" ... I have tried several different selections ( date, no of tickets etc.) but still get the"NO Result found ...." message ... can any one help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.... losing the will.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have you tried downloading and using Tunnelbear ? As soon as I did that it worked and I was getting exactly the same symptoms as you.
-
Tunnelbear instantly made it work - utterly bizarre ! And when I'm sat in the UK I have no idea why that might be the case.
Whoever made that suggestion - thank you very very much. Sadly my first two choices of date had become sold out by the time I'd downloaded tunnelbear - so it means hoping that I'll be able to take the day off work come October.
3hrs that took. There's got to be a better way.....
-
good luck and please update us.
Been on hold ever since ! Apparently they're very busy at the moment.....!?

Went via U2.com "Tour" red "Pre-Sale" button for London O2 shows ....The access code entry point is viewable on Ticketmaster but they only sell VIP O2 packages ... the remainder are via O2 ticket vendor AXS ( i gave them my account details prior to 10.00am opening of sale) and their is no acces code entry prior to ticket selection (as far as i can tell)... can someone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pretty much sums up my experience John. I am about to give up and do something better with my day. A shame really - as this has left a slightly sour taste. No problems in the past, going back to Zoo TV. C'est la vie.
-
I can only think that the AXS 'system' does not like my pre-sale code as a consequence of attempting to have used it too many times - even though I don't actually have any tickets !
-
Yep - starting off in the U2 tour page. Keep getting told by AXS that no tickets can be found, before I enter my code. I did get to enter my code about 2hrs ago when I first got out of the AXS 'Waiting Room' but subsequently nothing - even when going back to the beginning every time and clearing my browsing history.
Am now trying to call AXS.
-
I'm in the UK and am using AXS for London O2 not ticketmaster.
-
Just tried setting up a separate user on my macbook - and trying that to no avail.
Am now wondering if I should wait for this to be resolved (and it already looks like for most nights the GA tickets at London are sold out) or try and book elsewhere and stump up the travel costs.
-
I've now tried iMac, Macbook, iPhone with various combinations of Safari and Chrome - and get nothing. I don't even get asked for my pre-sale code any more at any stage.
-
Same thing happening to me. Have tried hundreds of times.
-
I'm not even being asked for my pre-sale code now before I select the tickets - despite again clearing my cookies and cache.
Just goes through to the 'no result found' pop-up box.
-
Definitely following the 'iNNOCENCE' path. Still get nothing for any O2 show. Very odd.
-
I've lost track of the number of times I've cleared my cookies and cache. 1.5hrs of my life (so far) - gotta wonder if it's all worth it.
-
Keep getting 'no tickets found' of any type for any night at the O2 - having been in the waiting room since 0930. Very very frustrating.
No UK tickets?

I really feel for you. I was very fortunate that I was able to work from home today - although I obviously failed to achieve much work this morning !
