Took 30 min to get Boston tix.  Went from having great seats to just average seats.  At least 6 times the process was cut short due to Ticketmasters servers.  From captcha not working, screens timing out, code not working and getting error codes back.  Sorry for the people who did not get tickets or have crappy seats because of it.

same thing happened to me for the Boston show, so disappointed.

I had great seats selected right at 10AM.  When I attempted to purchase the site timed out, I had to reselect.  At that point the tickets were gone.  I selected other seats same thing.  When I finally got past the time out error, I was then told there was an interenal error and my seats weren't available.  I tried again and had to reenter the code and get back in the queue.  Once I finally got tickets, I was 7 sections away 10 rows back from the original seats.  I'm so dissappointed.  I've been a U2.com member since day one and in the fan club going back to the Propaganda days.  I am so disappointed in Ticketmaster, and wish U2 would go back to handling their own fan club tickets
