I just called and the advisor said he would put the request in to upgrade my order to collector tickets. I gave authorisation to charge card used at order. He could confirm if upgrade was possible but advised I would receive an email to confirm either way..Fingers crossed.

I got some on Wednesday morning with no issues but I did see on U2start forum that some people thought it appeared they were being released in batches throughout the presale..I have since seen many available on seatwave for ridiculous prices! Surely there must be a way whereby u2.com could prevent presale tickets being resold above face value?
