I have a slightly different but similar problem, I'm going to both nights in Glasgow but i don't own a UK driving license or passport so apparently my card that i paid with alone won't work. I've just got off the phone with TM who said they will look into it for me, hopefully with these volume of complaints we will get something done.
On a personal note i'm disappointed not to get a ticket stub to keep I've still got all my tickets since 1987, I wish you all the best Paul hopefully they will see sense.
