Snow Drift

I was snowshoeing with the dogs and noticed the the wind had blown the snow off the lake into a hard ridge against the Beach House where people change in the summer time. It is about 4 feet high and was really fun to clamber over and then sink way down in the soft snow on the other side.

I went back today to take some photos and had no snow shoes so got in up to my hips trekking out to the Beach House. It may look cold but it was a baumy -15C or so. Gorgeous day!
