UPDATE: FINALLY GOT TIX!!!! *slow clap* - GAs too.
That was the biggest nightmare & hassle - 2 days & over 4+ hours of trying. Got them thru a very long website cycling/ wait.... PHEW. Worst experience ever.

the app says my code is invalid.
Make sure it is for the right group: JTA for Red Hill or JTB for Wires. Makes a difference & won't accept if you use the code for the wrong group.

Day 2 - Zero luck today. No GAs. So much for legacy membership (RedHill).
Which show? I just checked 2 minutes ago and with my Wires code I can get Philly GA.
Yesterday I could GA in CHI (I didn't) but not in Vancouver (hometown). Today, equally awful - zero luck.
I'll keep trying but 2 days in, and I've got to keep trying? Serious FAIL!
PS U2 & TM - This shouldn't entail "luck" if you've got so-called "legacy" code- presale & longtime fan.

Total scam. As a legacy fan, U2 suscriber for 12 years, I'm angry and totally unsatisfied. How I couldn't get floor tickets using my Red Hill code? I was sharp at 9:00 am yesterday. I ended up on second level of the stadium paying $360 (with taxes and commissions). I spoke with other legacy fans friends, all furious. Is Ticketmaster manipulating the offer by measuring demand on presales?

Anyone else INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED trying get GA for Vancouver? I started trying immediately when the presale started and the only options TM is giving me are nosebleeds. NOTHING ELSE. I know U2 has thousands of fans, but there is no way that all GAs are sold out.
I am trying the TM website linked through U2.com/tour, the TM app, the TM website through my phone, the TM website on my computer. Have cleared the cache each time I get "unable to process your request". Getting no love.
Anyone else sick of selecting storefronts and street signs and numbers? AHH!

My issue is I purchased a travel package. TM charged my card, but I have no confirmed tickets, and I can't get a hold of anyone.

I'm still trying to get through to Ticketmaster.
Their automatic recording states they are still closed.

Don't bother - You just get a bot that says the tickets (general sale) are not on sale yet. They don't deal with presales. Apparently. ( I tried this yesterday)

FYI @Max / zoo mods - I can get access still to CHI GA but not Vancouver. So somethings messed up with TM & the code or allotments.

Beyond lame & obviously very mixed results. This is like two tours ago when fanclub presales had similar problems. UGH!

absolute BS and No response to any of my questions/posts today... my first gig Feb 1983 War Tour and have followed the band cross Europe and USA for DECADES... looks like the 2 nights at Hydro Glasgow on I&E Tour will be my last as so pissed of at being shafted by U2/Ticketmaster with the RZ Presale F@*K UP today.. this is the last straw, been a member since the inception of the U2.com fansite and prior to that a 'Propoganda' subscriber... wont be renewing my membership when up for renewal in March, far far to easy to push the queries towards TM and absolve themselves of any responsibility/ownership of the issues today.... very very poor indeed

I disagree though - This isn't a U2.com issue but a TM issue. Wish U2 + U2.com could get TM to have ONE presale go smoothly for fans. This is the worst I've personally experienced.
RZ presale was a shambles, no code required in a presale... seriously? thats their bloody job to get the basics right and a huge cock-up has left genuine fans without tickets whilst random non members were allowed to freely buy them without a code, absolute disgrace! and apparently there are further RZ tickets to be released in Wire presale and then Public Sale... WHY??? where is the loyalty to the longterm fans? ALL areas should be first and foremost available to the longterm fans and IF and only IF there are tickets remaining then they should be released in the second and third phases.... THAT isnt a TM decision, that should be a directive from U2
Didn't know that about RZ. I agree with the above (bolded - my emphasis) I'm empty handed for GA here.

Same happened with me, what makes it worse is my wife thought she would reserve 2 hotel rooms (going with friends) for 2 night in Dublin while they were still available , turns out she booked them by mistake and it's non refundable....£600 up the Swanny! And now it looks like this has limited our chance to get to a concert to this one. We wanted RZ a nice treat for her 50th Birthday, be lucky to get a GA now

Disappointed here too - in the Red Hill Group shut out of GA. Tried from start for 2 hours & neither apps nor website worked. Cleared caches, tried different browsers too - It'd accept my code but not allow GA purchase. Will try again tomorrow.
