So weird, and then what? They just print it out like its a regular eticket/paper?...The whole "mobile" thing confuses people since it loses that on the transfer.  Anyways, good to know. Thnx

He has to go to a TM outlet where they are printing it out like a hard ticket.  I think he said that he has to pay $3 for the convenience fee.  Some convenience...

You can send a ticket off the mobile app but the person receiving has to receive off a laptop/desktop. It doesn't work trying to receive a ticket with the app

That's funny, because we were told that it had to be done on the phone app!!

I actually tried swapping tickets with someone on this forum who has a mobile ticket.  For some reason, the TM app would not accept the transfer and said the tickets were no longer available. The person I was swapping with made many phone calls to TM, and they finally let him exchange his mobile ticket for a hard ticket.
