I send probably 15 messages all the time i receive an automatic answer and today an other automatic answer but a little different i would like to konw if one day by respect to be a fan in propaganda and after in U2.com to have an real answer It is like that one respect of the old fans. I work very hard all the days to pay a subscription concert tickets travel hostel I am very astonished and very very disappointed but I believe that everyone makes fun about it

Hi I'm subscriber u2.com since many years I pay my subscription last year 31/111/2013 for 1 year and i renew my subscription 31/11/2014 and i see on my profil that i'm innoncence but normaly i'm experience On 09/09/2014 my subscription was always progress and my birthday date is 31/11/14 and i renew my subscription on this date.... I have my emails of regsitration (inscription ) from u2.com for proof which i can you send I call with phone number but it's very hard to speak english i'm french and i don't speak english very well IF somebody can to help Bono_yo
