  1. I'm giving up.  I tried to do this from work but I can't spend all morning trying to get tickets that are non-existent.  Why was getting tickets for the shows at the ACC easier?  Makes no sense.

I think it might have been because all the cities weren't being sold the same day for I&E tour.  This time, it's every coast at once.

  2. I didn't try, maybe they only released a few and rest will be in public sale. $346 is a lot to ask compared to paying almost $90 bux for the rest of the field GA service charges included.

Yeah, but did you see where the Red Zone section is?  It's right next to the stage....alot better than it was for the Innocence and Experience tour!

  3. It's a browser thing, not a link thing.  On IE (that's the browser, not the tour), it shows the image on the left in pluck's original post (RZ labeled by the i Stage).

On Chrome, it shows the images as I've been posting them.

My Android phone & iPad don't show any images at all.  Probably because the map is backed by Flash.

Bottom line:  I think we all know where the RZ is now.

We do?  Because the email they sent is totally different (ie. near the main stage).  Which is it: near the "e" stage or the main stage?

  4.

My husband and I are students and we saved to buy RZ tickets (no fat wallets or anything), we're going to Chicago1. I have to admit I will get nightmares after reading all the posts (as helpful as they really were) thinking I can't get a good view that night :D

We had 360 RZ tickets too and we went there without any research. It's true that they rarely showed up on the runways but even those few moments were really precious.

I wish we could go to more than 1 show this time to test out some of these strategies you guys suggested, but I really want to focus on the fun of the experience now :)

Hope all you guys have fun as well.

I saw a couple of shows in LA. One in GA and one in the seats, middle of the arena.

From what I saw, I would probably tend to claim a rail spot either in the actual RZ area or (if the venue lets you) get on the GA rail.

Even along the catwalk is a lot of close up action.

e-stage is pretty classic too. You never know what might happen there.

The piano broke at one of the shows which provided a lot of entertainment with Bono buying some time interacting with the crowd.

Other than the seats right behind the goals (no view of the big screen) I don't think there is a bad spot in the house.

Thanks for the info Silverbullet, appreciate it!  :)

  5. So where in Red Zone is the best spot to be in?  Obviously "on the rail", but *where* on the rail?

Closest end to the main stage?  Closest end to the "e" stage?  Where the two lines of the "L" meet?  Where?

Seeing them this Friday @ Montreal, so just wondering.  If anybody has any insight, please let me know: thanks! :)

slide down about a 3rd of the page to "Bigwaves" comment

it seems to me you can go to the tours page if youve been a paid member up until 9/2014

you would be able to connect, if you go to the TOURS page and click on the venue or show you want to go to. limit 2 tickets.

or 1 and 1. If you are a member just signing in after 9/2014  your presale is Saturday...

this is just my opinion, but thats what i got from reading the link above.

    Good Luck

I've been a paid member up until 9/2014, but I still don't see a code...:(

  7. Well I think the main difference of course will be the set list.  Usually with U2 when they play multiple consecutive shows in one city, it's usually almost the same setlist with a few modifications here and there.  But from Bono's recent quote on the new tour, sounds like it's going to be much more varied between consecutive shows.

Usually in these cases, I just see one of the shows.  But due to the circumstances, I think I'll be buying a ticket for both nights.  Hope the difference is significant!

  8. No email still.  If I remember correctly, last tour, I did not receive  my email.  Code showed up under Tours Page.

Man....so you do have your code then?  I'm still waiting for mine (Montreal)...didn't receive an email, nor do I see a code on the Tours page.  Anybody else? :|
