Presale questions for new dates Sept / Oct 2017 (merged)

We purchased 2 tickets for the Toronto concert June 23rd with a presale code. Do we use the same code or another one for a purchase of 2 tickets for the Detroit concert of Sept. 3rd.? If we use the old code where may we find it online? If not when shall the new presale codes be posted? Thank you
