Does anyone know what is going on with the Joshua Tree Singles fan club gift? I renewed my membership in 2016 and still have yet to receive a copy from LN/TM/U2. When I called, they actually told me it was backlogged, but a year later still nothing. I did go through the "redeem" process" btw. 

Is the Ticketmaster download of SOE working for anyone???  I got notice it's available and then follow the link to be told it's not available.

Anyone else not able to get their album download from Ticketmaster? The email got lost in my inbox but I found it and clicked the link to redeem it this morning. Was told "this is not available until Dec 1st." Um, it is Dec 1st. Chatted with Ticketmaster fan support and was told, "Oh, it won't be available until after noon today." Grrr. Got home from work tonight and clicked it again and then got a weird message that said my download had already been redeemed. GRRR.  I never received the email with the link. Called Ticketmaster AGAIN. "Oh, it may take up to 72 hrs for you to get the email with the link to download it." I paid almost $800 for two concert tickets and they are making me wait 3 days for the download? I was also one of those people that got an email saying I was approved for the verified fan presale but then NEVER GOT THE TEXT WITH MY CODE TO ORDER TICKETS. I've been a fan for over 30 years but this new partnership with Ticketmaster is killing me softly. Don't even get me started on that Guy Oseary reply to fan complaints. Why, for the love of all that is holy, U2? All this anguish aside, I still love the band and am enjoying listening to the new album on Spotify. UNTIL I GET MY OWN COPY. Sigh.
