  1. I have two GA tickets for the 11th.  And I would like to swap one for a GA ticket to the 10th.  If you are interested, give me a shout ("Let it all out.").

I will be in Argentina from 6 - 22 October.

I'm also open to sharing accommodation in Buenos Aires and/or La Plata and, of course, meeting up for general fun.

I plan to queue up each day early.

  2. Thank, R. Henson, for the tip on the receipt.  I'll have a think about a plan on how to solve that one.

    1. Park at the hotel.

    2. Find a spot open for brunch and buy something before heading to the stadium.  I wonder if the attendant wil look at the time on the receipt.

  3. I posted something like the below message to another thread about meeting up to hang.

    *****

I live in Cambridge near Davis Square.  The Burren, near the Joshua Tree, is a better spot.  I'm game to meet there any time or day (Friday, Saturday).

I am also open to hosting up to three people at my condo who need places to sleep (more if the floor is okay for the late comers).

    ;-)

I have a GA ticket, so I'll be driving  some time in the morning for the show.  Four others can fit in my car too.

Send me a private message if you want a ride or a place to stay and we can see if we click.

I can't figure out how to send a PM (private message) in here.  If someone can let me know, that would be fabtastic.

  5. I called Patriot Place security and was told (hush hush) that I could park in the cinema lot, for it is free there.  I was even told that people sometimes leave their cars overnight at the bars around there, and that is okay.  This is a way to avoid the $40 parking fee at the stadium, which I have paid in the past before thinking up this cunning.

I did not tell them I was going to a concert at Gillette Stadium.  I made out that I was going to a late night movie.

to park in the cinema lot:
Enter through gate P1 or P6 near CVS.
    Park in Lot 3.
Cars can be in that lot or the lots near any of the bars overnight.

Then I thought that parking at the Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel might also be an option.

I have a GA ticket but have not decided what time to drive there yet (probably early in the morning).  I live in Cambridge.  If anyone wants to drive and hang with me, let me know.  :-)))))

  6. I suspect there are many out there like me.  I was subscribed to "Propaganda" when it was a black and white non-glossy magazine and continued getting it when it went glossy.  Yes, and I have never missed a tour.  But when it all got big and then bigger and then massive, I didn't keep a subscription.  I'm just down for the "real thing."  So this time around I'm in the Wires group.  Yet, this doesn't really signify my fandom level.  I'm okay with it all.
